Role Summary: Embark on a journey with us as a Senior Software Developer and become a cornerstone in developing our flagship technologies. Must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and development teams to create software products.
• Develop and implement functionality, transforming design ideas into functional and engaging services.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code, and identify as well as rectify bugs and bottlenecks.
• Continuously test, design, and implement patches and upgrades.
• Work within Agile frameworks, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and continuous improvement processes.
• Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use, with an emphasis on security, performance, and code quality.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, including C++, C#, and Python.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge of database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability with AI and machine learning tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in building scalable, high-performance software architectures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead project developments.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Experience in implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize algorithms for efficiency and performance.

Work Environment: We are currently a fully remote studio. We are calling for individuals across the United States who are ready to join our narrative from 9-5 PM based on their local time zone, Monday through Friday. We are unable to bring on international candidates at this time.

Compensation: Muddy Robot Games invites you to contribute your skills and expertise as a contractor. Instead of a traditional salary, you will receive equity shares in the company, signifying your role as a stakeholder. The initial value of your equity is based on a fair market valuation, corresponding to the agreed-upon worth of your input. 

Our equity compensation model is structured to proportionately reward your contributions. As the company progresses, it’s important to understand that the value of your equity may vary with market conditions and company performance.
